Ingredients
- 950 ml chicken broth
- 240 gr brown rice
- 34 gr peppers (red)
- 30 gr green onion
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr garlic powder
- 1 gr cayenne pepper
- 1 gr pepper (white)
Place rice and chicken broth in a 3 litre saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer another 20 minutes. Serves 6.
