Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 100 gr sugar
- 16 ml lemon juice (fresh)
- 2 gr vanilla
- 1 gr lemon peel (grated)
Mix cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and peel and vanilla. Add eggs. Pour into crust. Bake at 180ºC or 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool; refrigerate at least 3 hours. Garnish with whipped cream and lemon slices. Makes 8 servings. *May also use Philly Neufchatel cheese, one third less fat cream cheese. Typed by Roberta Thompson 0.12631578947368
