Ingredients
- 24 ladyfingers
- 4 with
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks with
- 1/2 mascarpone
- 1/2 day
- 1/2 coffee mixture
- 240 gr coffee
- 100 gr sugar
- 60 gr cheese
- 50 gr sugar
- 50 gr sugar till (light)
- 30 ml water
- 26 gr sugar
- 16 gr liquor
- 4 gr cocoa powder
- 3 gr lemon zest
- 1 gr egg whites with of salt till stiff
strawberries, sprinkle with 1 tsp sugar and let stand 1 hour. Make cream as above (reduce sugar to 3 Tablespoon), layer bowl with ladyfingers and wet them with rhubarb or strawberry juice. Put a layer of rhubarb, strawberries, half of the cream and repeat, finishing with cream. Refrigerate half a day. Decorate with strawberries before serving.
