Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ginger root
- 1 ready bake pizza crust
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 1 pepper (red)
- 350 gr sirloin steak (boneless)
- 16 ml dry sherry
- 16 ml corn oil
- 5 ml chili sauce
- 6 slices green onions
Cut steak into very thin slivers & place in a bowl. Add salt & pepper to taste, sherry, ginger, garlic, oil, cornstarch & chili sauce; mix well. Cover & refrigerate for half hour; stir occasionally.
