Ingredients
- 8 garlic clove
- 1,000 gr pork butt
- 450 gr beef stew meat
- 10 gr salt
- 6 gr pepper
- 1 gr marjoram leaves
- 1 gr allspice
Grind pork and beef very coarsely. Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing or make patties.
