Ingredients
- 24 hash browns (frozen thawed)
- 6 pork chops
- 120 ml milk
- 120 ml sour cream
- 110 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 gr black pepper (ground)
- 1 package cream of celery soup
- 1 package french onions (fried)
Brown pork chops in lightly greased skillet. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and set aside. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper and half t. seasoned salt. Stir in potatoes, half c. cheese and half can French fried onions. Spoon mixture into 9x13-inch baking dish. Arrange pork chops over potatoes. Bake, covred at 180ÂșC or 55 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
