Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 1 green pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 taco seasoning mix
- 350 ml water
- 90 gr long rice (uncooked grain)
- 55 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 package tomato sauce
pork chops in oil; sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Meanwhile, in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish, combine rice, water, tomato sauce and taco seasoning; mix well. Arrange chops over rice; top with green pepper. Cover and bake at 180ÂșC or 1.5 hours. Unocver and sprinkle with cheese; return to the oven until cheese is melted.
