Ingredients
- 1 box corn muffin mix jiffy
- 850 gr hamburger
- 140 gr green pepper (chopped)
- 120 gr onion (chopped)
- 110 gr cheddar cheese (grated)
- 100 gr celery (chopped)
- 1 package chili seasoning
- 1 package tomato sauce
- 1 package evaporated milk
Brown hamberger, drain grease. Add onion, celery and green peppers. Saute untill tender. Mix in tomato sauce and chili seasoning. Mix well. Pour into greased casserole dish. Mix milk and corn muffin mix together. Pour over top of meat mixture. Bake at 190ÂșC or 20 to 25. After removing from oven sprinkle with cheddar cheese and let it melt. Have use taco seasoning instead of chili
