Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 240 ml orange juice
- 180 gr rice (uncooked)
- 1 package chicken with rice soup
In skillet, brown pork chops on both sides, season with salt and pepper. Place rice in 12x7 inch baking dish, pour orange juice over rice. Arrange pork chops on rice. Pour chicken soup over all. Cover and bake at 180ÂșC for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes. Serves 6.
