Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 600 ml whipping cream
- 40 gr parmesan cheese
- 28 gr butter
Peel and slice potatoes very thin. Layer in a small buttered casserole; potatoes, cheese, salt and pepper. Simmer cream, butter and garlic until reduced by half. Pour over potatoes, sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1.5 hours. Enjoy, Sheryl BTW M.M. said you may need to add more cream.
