- 200 gr sugar
- 170 gr raisins
- 60 ml water
- 38 gr corn sirup (white)
- 28 gr cocoa butter
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr lemon flavoring with (yellow)
- 1 gr raspberry flavoring with
-pink coloring Boil sugar, salt, sirup, and water to hard crack stage (285 140ºC ). Stir constantly. Remove from fire. Stir marshmallow cream in rapidly. Add cocoa butter; mix well.
