Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 350 ml milk
- 130 gr all purpose flour
- 120 gr cornmeal
- 110 gr ham (diced cooked)
- 65 gr bell pepper
- 55 gr sharp cheddar cheese
- 34 gr pimiento (chopped)
- 26 gr sugar
- 5 gr baking powder
- 3 gr salt
Combine dry ingredients; add milk and eggs, mixing well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat a well greased 23 cm cast-iron skillet in a 400 oven for 3 minutes or until very hot. Pour batter into hot skillet. Bake at 220ÂșC or 30 minutes or until golden brown.
