Ingredients
- 525 gr beans (red)
- 240 gr brown rice
- 230 gr ham
- 40 gr onion
- 10 ml tabasco sauce
- 1 gr cayenne
- 1 gr cumin
- 1 gr chili powder
- some garlic
In a large pan, saute garlic and onion with seasonings. Add rice, beans and ham; cook over medium heat. Stir in approximately quarter cup water or liquid from beans. Cook until heated through.
