Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 1 pie crust
- 450 gr pumpkin (canned)
- 400 ml fat-free sweetened condensed milk
- 3 gr cinnamon (ground)
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr ginger (ground)
- 2 gr nutmeg (ground)
Preheat oven to 220ºC .
In mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except pastry shell; mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 180ºC ., bake 25 to 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted 3 cm from edges comes out clean. Cool. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
