Ingredients
- 1 pizza quick sauce traditional
- 1 batch lisas pizza dough prepared as directed
- 1/2 green pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 260 gr sausage meat j
- 130 gr pepperoni
- 120 gr muenster cheese (finely shredded)
- 120 gr provolone cheese (finely shredded)
- 110 gr cheddar cheese
- 110 gr mozzarella cheese (finely shredded)
- 80 gr mushrooms (drained)
- 28 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
1. Crumble sausage in a medium saucepan, and cover with 5 cm of water, put on lid. Gently boil sausage over low heat, crumbling with fork occasionally. When cooked through, drain, rinse and drain thoroughly. Set aside.
2. Mix all the cheeses in a large mixing bowl.
3.Sprinkle a couple of handfuls of cheese over prepared pizza dough, top with 1 and half to jars of Pizza Quick.
4. Sprinkle on cheese, sausage (or pepperoni), green peppers, onion and mushrooms.
5.Bake according to dough recipe.
