Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 280 gr all purpose flour
- 200 gr sugar
- 110 gr butter
- 60 ml milk
- 9 gr baking powder
- 2 gr vanilla
- 1 gr mace (ground)
Recipe by: -BH&G HERITAGE COOKBOOK Cream sugar and butter. Add egg, milk, and vanilla; beat well. Stir together flour, baking powder, mace, and half teaspoon salt; blend into creamed mixture. Divide in half. Cover; chill 1 hour. On lightly floured surface, roll each half to 0 cm thickness. Cut with cookie cutters. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 190ÂșC or 7 to 8 minutes. ----
