Ingredients
- 4 salami (hard minced)
- 4 eggs
- 1 pastry crust unbaked
- 240 ml pizza sauce
- 220 gr mozzarella (shredded)
- 1 gr oregano
- 1 gr garlic powder
Beat together half and half, oregano, garlic and eggs. Place in pastry crust: m inced salami and 1.5 cups Mozzarella. Pour egg mixture of cheese and salami. Add remaining half cheese over top.
