Ingredients
- 300 gr salmon
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 7 gr onion (chopped)
- 5 ml horseradish mustard
- 1 gr salt
- 1 package cream cheese
Mix together and form into ball on wax paper. Chill in refrigerator for 4 hours. Crush half cup of pecans and 3 tablespoons of parsley flakes. Roll ball in mixture.
