Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 cans
- 1 butter
- 36 gr cracker crumbs reserve
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper (freshly ground)
Preheat oven to 180ºC . Butter 1.5-quart baking dish. Combine all ingredients except butter and reserved crumbs in a large bowl and mix well. Turn into prepared dish. Sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake until set, about 1 hour. Serve immediately.
