Ingredients
- 2 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 290 gr salmon (canned)
- 120 gr rice (cooked)
- 120 ml water
- 55 gr bread crumbs
- 7 gr onion (minced)
- 6 gr green pepper (chopped)
- 3 gr salt
- 1 package cream of mushroom soup
Mix all ingreds except soup & water. Roll misture into small balls; place in shallow baking pan. Cover w/soup & water mixture. Bake 30 mins @ 180ÂșC (180C).
