Ingredients
- 3 stalks celery
- 2 eggs
- 1 loaf french bread
- 260 gr pork sausage (ground)
- 240 gr velveeta cheese
- 80 ml milk
- 60 gr onion
Slice loaf lengthwise with more on bottom. Scoop out all of the bread. Crumble and combine with milk and eggs. Fry sausage, onions and celery; drain. Mix bread and sausage together. Put mixture in bottom half of loaf. Put cheese on top of meat mixture. Add top of loaf; brush with melted butter. Bake at 180ÂșC or 20 to 25 minutes. Randy Rigg
