Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 250 gr flour
- 170 gr cheddar cheese (grated)
- 80 ml milk
- 75 gr butter
- 16 gr parmesan cheese
- 9 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr cayenne pepper
Recipe by: Jamie Wernitznig Preheat oven to 200ºC . Combine all dry ingredients, stir in cheeses and t= oss well. Cut in butter. Combine eggs and milk, add to flour mixture and gen= tly knead to form a stiff dough. Cut dough ball into halves and pat each half into an 20 cm diameter, 1 cm thick circle. Cut into wedges, place wedges on= a baking sheet and bake 15 to 17 minutes, until lightly browned. ----
