Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1/4 oatmeal
- 900 gr beef (ground)
- 170 ml water
- 32 gr flour
- 16 ml vegetable oil
- 5 ml worcestershire sauce
Saute onions and carrots in vegetable oil. Add the ground beef andbrown and then drain off excess grease. Add the flour and oatmeal, garlic,worcestershire sauce and pepper to taste. Put the bouillon cube in the hotwater, stir to-gether and add to beef. Put beef in a baking dish and topwith whipped potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika and bake in 325 oven 25 -30minutes.
