1 place meat in pot of water
525 gr skirt steaks
350 gr cacique brand cotija cheese crumbled
270 gr cilantro (chopped)
60 ml lime juice
18 gr garlic (minced)
2 gr oregano

Cilantro Cream Sauce: Cook the onion, cilantro, and garlic. Add the lime juice, the Crema Mexicana, a nd the salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes and let cool. Puree in a blender. Pour over the tacos.
