Ingredients
- 16 soda crackers
- 3 egg whites
- 200 gr sugar
- 140 gr pecans (chopped)
- 2 gr baking powder
- 2 gr vanilla
Beat egg whites until stiff; add baking powder. Add sugar slowly then add the vanilla. Mix this with the cracker crumbs and pecans and pour into a 23 cm greased pie pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Let cool and top with sweetened whip cream or cool whip.JM. (This stuff is terrific! Not terribly sweet!) ----
