Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 lemon extract
- 600 gr sugar
- 375 gr cake flour
- 240 ml sour cream
- 230 gr margarine
- 80 gr coconut
- 4 gr vanilla extract
- 1 ml soda
Cream margarine; add sour cream. Then add sugar, half cup at a time. Mix flour and soda. Add flour mixture, half cup at a time, alternately with eggs, finish with egg. Beat well after each addition. Stir in flavoring and coconut. Bake in greased 25 cm tube pan at 150ÂșC for 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours. ----
