Ingredients
- 6 garlic (cloves)
- 1 linguine
- 2,400 ml water
- 120 ml olive oil
- 20 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 7 gr parsley (fresh)
In a pot big enough to cook the linguine, add olive oil and garlic. Simmer on low heat. Do not brown. Add water, salt, pepper, and fresh parsley and continue to simmer for 10 minutes. Bring water to boil and add linguine, cook dozen minutes, remove from heat. Let rest in pot for 10-15 minutes. (Do not drain pasta.) Using a pasta serving spoon, remove pasta to soup dish and pour quarter c of garlic water over pasta. Top with parmesan cheese.
