Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 575 gr all purpose flour
- 230 gr butter
- 240 ml vegetable oil
- 200 gr sugar (white)
- 200 gr powdered sugar
- 5 gr baking soda
- 5 ml cream of tartar
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
Cream butter and white sugar. Beat in oil and powdered sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Mix flour, soda, cream of tartar and salt toget her and stir into mix. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Flatte n cookies to 1 cm thick with glass bottom dipped in sugar. Bake in 350 degr ee oven 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned around edges.
Makes 6 to 7 dozen 8 cm cookies.
