Ingredients
- 2 1/4 betty crocker potato buds mashed
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 potato mix
- 1,100 ml water
- 28 gr butter
- 1 gr salt
Melt margarine in 2 litre saucepan over medium heat. Cook onion in margarine about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender. Stir in water, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling; remove from heat. Stir in potato mix until dissolved. Serve with cheese and onion tops.
