Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 1/2 plums
- 1/2 five-spice powder
- 120 ml lime juice
- 70 gr brown sugar
- 60 gr gingerroot (minced fresh)
- 16 ml dry sherry
- 16 ml oil
- 1 gr asian chili paste with
- 1 gr salt
freeze. Note: Chili paste with garlic can be found in the Asian section of major supermarkets.
