Ingredients
- 9 quiche shell
- 4 eggs (beaten)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 110 gr cheddar (shredded)
- 34 gr pecans (chopped)
- 30 gr spinach
- 14 gr butter melted
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr nutmeg
- 1 gr pepper
- 8 slices bacon (cooked)
Prepare quiche shell; bake at 230ºC or 5 minutes. Combine all ingredients. Pour into baked quiche shell. Bake at 160ºC or 30 minutes. Bake until knife inserted off center comes out clean, 5 to 10 minutes more. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. (Makes One 23 cm Pie)
