- 30 ml more salad oil (hot)
- 16 ml soy sauce
- 10 ml water
- 7 gr cornstarch
- 5 ml sherry
- 5 gr sugar
- 1 gr gingerroot
- 1 gr salt
- 1 slice carrot
cook pork mixture until pork loses its pink color, about 2-3 minutes, stirring quickly and frequently. Return vegetables to skillet with pork; heat through.
