- 1 green onion (cut into)

- 1/2 bamboo shoots (sliced)
- 600 gr chinese peapods-ends removed
- 200 gr thinly pork tenderloi (sliced)
- 60 ml water
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 45 gr mushrooms (sliced fresh)
- 1 gr sugar
- 1 gr msg (optional)
* In a wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat until hot. Cook garlic until golden brown. Add pork, cook for 3-4 minutes. Add all vegetables and stir together 1-2 minutes.
