Ingredients
- 2 biscuit mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 orange marmalade
- 130 gr sugar
- 120 ml orange juice
- 65 gr pecans (chopped)
- 28 gr margarine
Combine egg, sugar, orange juice and margarine in a large bowl. Mix well. Stir in biscuit mix. Mix well. Fill greased muffin tins two-thirds, fill with batter. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. From the Saginaw News Cookbook Formatted by Beverly Wilcox ----
