- 2 eggs
- 1 sweet potato
- 120 ml warm water
- 70 gr butter
- 65 gr at a time
- 50 gr sugar
- 40 gr raisins
- 8 gr flour
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper (fresh ground)
a wire baking sheet and let cool. Slice the bread and serve with butter.
