- 250 gr chocolate
- 240 gr crumbs for cake
- 240 gr crumbs for topping
- 200 gr sugar
- 160 gr butter
- 60 ml cream (heavy)
- 40 gr cake flour
- 4 gr cocoa
Top cake with chocolate cream (8 oz. chocolate melted with quarter cup heavy cream) Top chocolate cream with 1 cup Thin Mint cookie crumbs. Finish with powdered sugar. Not for the diet/cholesterol conscious but well worth the effort!
