- 1/4 pecans
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 40 gr flour
- 36 gr hazelnuts
- 26 gr butter (unsalted)
- 4 gr vanilla
FOOD IN A FLASH SHOW #FF2010 AIR DATE: 0. 548245614035.08 Preheat oven to 400. Mix egg in food processor. Add sugar, butter & vanilla. Process together a few sec. Add flour. Blend well. Add hazelnuts & pecans. Process until nuts are coarsely chopped. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto buttered baking sheet. (don't crowd!) Batter will spread. Bake 3-4 minutes until crispy. Great with ice cream!! Approximately 8-10 minutes. ----
