Ingredients
- 10 cream
- 2 green onions
- 2 eggs
- 110 gr bread crumbs (fresh)
- 60 gr swiss cheese (grated)
- 45 gr butter
- 24 gr swiss cheese (grated)
- 1 gr basil (dried)
- 2 slices firm tomatoes
Preheat oven to 400�F. Combine crumbs, butter and the 2 tablespoons cheese. Pat into greased 23 cm pie plate; bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Lower oven temperature to 350�F. Spread tomatoes in a layer on pie crust. Sprinkle with sugar, salt, pepper, basil and green onions. Mix eggs with cream and the half cup cheese; pour over tomatoes. Bake for 30 minutes.
