Ingredients
- 140 gr cubed turkey (cooked)
- 60 ml yogurt (plain)
- 50 gr celery
- 30 ml mayonnaise
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 2 gr sugar
- 2 slices green onions
Combine turkey, apple, celery and green onions in a medium mixing bowl. Stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and sugar in another small bowl. Pour yogurt mixture over turkey mixture. Toss to mix well. Cover and chill for 1 to 3 hours. Serve on purple kale leaves, if desired. 2P, 0.5V, 0.5FR, -20ÂșC A, 3cal. 193cal, 4gm fat.
