Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3/4 venison
- 240 ml water
- 65 gr sausage
- 14 gr butter
- 7 gr bread crumbs
- 7 gr onion flakes
- 5 ml lemon juice
- 3 gr parsley
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1/2 packages liptons onion soup mix
Combine all ingredients except the Onion Soup Mix and the cup of water and shape into a loaf. Place in a lightly greased pan. Bake 1 hour @ 350-degrees. Baste every 10 minutes with a combination of 1 cup water and half package dried onion soup mix.
