Ingredients
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 475 gr wild rice (cooked)
- 450 gr beef (lean ground uncooked)
- 230 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 120 gr onion (finely chopped)
- 110 gr dry bread crumbs
- 65 gr all purpose flour
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr pepper
- 1 gr sage (ground)
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Firmly press into a greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake, uncovered, at 180ÂșC or 70 min. Cover with foil during the last 15 minutes if the top is browning too quickly.
