Ingredients
- 450 gr beef (ground)
- 120 ml water
- 36 gr bread crumbs
- 5 ml instant beef bouillon
- 5 ml lemon juice
- 2 gr lemon peel
- 2 gr ginger
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr sage
- 1 ml pepper sauce (hot)
Mix all ingredients together. Shape mixture into 4 patties, each about 2 cm thick. Broil or grill patties 10 cm from the heat, turning once, to the desired doneness, about 10 to 15 minutes.
