• 4 garlic (cloves minced)
• 2 cornish game hens
• 1 1/2 apiece split
• 80 ml wine vinegar (white)
• 45 ml honey
• 60 ml olive oil
• 45 ml soy sauce
• 5 gr cilantro
• 5 gr ginger (ground)
• 1 gr pepper flakes (crushed red)
