• 4 garlic (cloves)
• 3 onions
• 3 green peppers (fresh)
• 2 ham hocks
• 3,300 ml water
• 650 gr black beans (dried)
• 180 gr creme fraiche
• 50 gr tomato paste
• 45 ml olive oil
