• 2 chipotle chiles (canned)
• 2 epazote leaves
• 1 onion
• 1,800 gr tomatoes (yellow)
• 800 gr cans pear shaped tomatoes
• 130 gr tomato paste
• 120 ml fruity olive oil
• some cilantro
• some salt and pepper
