- 2 codfish (whole)
- 325 gr codfish fillets
- 240 ml milk
- 240 ml whipping cream (heavy)

- 12 clams
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 mussels
- 1 onion
- 850 gr codfish fillets (fresh)
- 250 gr jb shrimp
- 130 gr crabmeat (fresh)
- 30 ml pure olive oil
- some cayenne pepper to of saffron threads
