• 1 onion (finely chopped)
• 525 gr tomatoes (peeled drained)
• 170 gr spaghetti
• 120 gr firm mushrooms (fresh)
• 65 gr tightly packed basil leaves (fresh finely chopped)
• 60 ml oilive oil
• 40 gr parmesan (freshly grated)
• 14 gr tightly packed italian parsley (finely chopped)
