• 1 ct cholesterol-free egg replace
• 2,800 ml saucepan cook the mushrooms
• 120 ml skim milk
• 60 gr mushrooms
• 40 gr parmesan cheese
• 38 gr spinach
• 2 gr tarragon
• 1 gr black pepper
