Madras Meat Curry

• 4 green cardamom pods
• 3 green chiles
• 2 dry chiles (red)
• 2 garlic (cloves)
• 1 gingerroot (fresh grated)
• 700 gr beef round steak
• 65 gr tamarind nectar
• 60 ml water
• 30 ml vegetable oil
• 6 gr turmeric (ground)

Pepper Vodka Pasta Sauce

• 7 tbs butter
• 1 dry chiles (hot)
• 1 fifth vodka directions put the chiles in the vodka
• 300 gr your choice of pasta
• 240 ml cream (heavy)
• 220 gr pepper vodka
• 160 gr tomatoes (fresh peeled)
• 80 gr parmesan cheese (fresh grated)
• 3 gr pepper flakes (hot red)
• 3 gr salt
