Eggnog Chiffon Pie

- 1 additional nutmeg

- 240 ml whipping cream
- 130 gr pillsburys best all purpose flour sifted
- 100 gr sugar
- 65 gr shortening
- 45 ml water (cold)
Ginger Creams
- 1 egg
- 1 creamy vanilla
- 525 gr pillsburys best all purpose flour sifted
- 240 ml molasses
- 200 gr sugar
- 160 ml water (hot)
- 110 gr butter
- 10 ml soda
- 10 gr frenchs ginger
- 3 gr frenchs cinnamon
